1930D Wheat Penny Wierd Error

Up for auction is a 1930D Wheat Penny.This coin has a very Wierd Error.On Lincolns head you can see 2 pieces of what looks like cud but I'm not sure what has happen to this coin.The reverse side also has a buildup on it too. As you can see in last scan the wieght is 3.1 grams. Not sure what grade would be I'll let you be the judge

hello This is just a note that I'm sending to all who have won one of my auctions as of or who have recently paid or about to win one of my auctions.I will be out of town till Wed. the 23rd for personal bussiness and I will send out invoices that day for auctions won between Sunday and Tues.
