Now I did not alter this note I found the note as you see in the picture, the next two auctions have the some inking errors also, I don't know if this is common but I see this once in awhile that the serial number just dosn't get enough ink or to much ink. Just taken out of circulation and is in a crispy condition with folds. Thanks for looking and you be the judge
