Payment:

• Payment within 5 days please.
• Pick up is available for Perth buyers - contact me to arrange a time.
  
• PayPal is my preferred method of payment for Australian customers. I will also accept bank deposit, but  I regret  that I can no longer accept cheques or money orders. My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
  
• PayPal is the only payment method accepted from International Customers. Sorry for any inconvenience.
  

Postage and Handling:

• Items normally posted within 5 working days of payment being received, however delays may occur (see below).
• I am a single mum of 2 kids under 6, so occasionally shipment may be delayed for a week or two. This usually occurs around school holiday times and when the children get sick. If there is a delay, I will usually try to message you through the ebay message system, but on occasion I may not be able to access a computer. If you have not received your item and I have not returned your emails, please check my store to see if I have any current listings (other than store inventory listings which are automatic). If I have no current listings, then chances are something unexpected has come up and I am somewhere where I cannot access a computer.
  
• I am happy to combine postage for additional items bought within 5 days. Please see P&H rates above for combined postage rates. I will combine postage for different types of items as well. Postage Rates for coins, stamps and FDC's are different to those for other items. If you wish to combine coins/stamps with other items, then please see postage rates for the other items.

Returns:

• I am a private buyer/seller, and can only offer a limited returns/exchange policy. Unless otherwise specified in the individual listings, I will return money/offer exchange only for DOA (dead on arrival) electrical goods, or goods not as described.
• As all second hand/vintage items I list on e-bay are in good, working order (unless otherwise stated), I will not give a refund if they stop working more than a week after you receive them, or if you simply change your mind. If refund is offered, in most instances I will not cover postage/handling costs for shipment either way.

General:

• I will usually leave feed back once payment is received, and ask that buyers leave positive feedback upon receiving their item, but please contact me before leaving any negative feedback so that I can do my best to remedy any causes of dissatisfaction.
• Please contact me with any questions you may have about this or any other item (before bidding), and I will answer them as best as I can.

International Buyers Please Note:

• Due to some items recently being lost in the mail, I will only send items with a value under AU$50 by uninsured post. Insurance is now required for any single or combined items with a value over $50. Please see rates above.
• I will not be held responsible for any uninsured items that get lost in the mail. If you do not accept this, please do not bid.
  
• When purchasing any items from me, please ensure that you have all the necessary permits and  pay any required taxes according to your specific country's laws. I will not be held responsible for any delays caused by customs seizing/holding goods, so make sure you check with the relevant authorities before bidding!

And finally, a big thank you to all of my past/repeat customers (and in advance to new customers) for being so polite and respectful in all communications. It certainly keeps this little hobby enjoyable,  and makes me more determined to keep you all happy by offering and maintaining a high standard of service, or compensating for any shortfalls in service quality on the odd occasion where my family's needs must come first.  Rudeness, accusations and insults do not seem to motivate me at all, in fact quite the opposite. I am  after all  just a private seller, not a Company or Corporation. I am neither the CEO of Australia Post, nor your local postie. I am not a Customs Inspection Officer or Clairvoyant, and contrary to popular belief,  I do not control the weather. I think the same can be said for most people....
