Australian mining (?) certificate from an unusual origin: Federal (AUSTRALIAN) Captal Territory. Not the part of Australia most well known for mining activiites. Cannot find anything about this company on the Internet.
Probably one of the first examples of scrip or other written official non-government material from Canberra.
Item is folded with slight rust spots caused by paperclips.
