Belco Petroleum Corporation, 4¾% Convertible Subordinated Debenture Due 1988. Dated Aug 16, 1977, for $10,000, No. RX5168, in the State of Delaware. Issued and punch cancelled, in very good condition, with several pinholes. Certificate measures 8" x 12".
