HE WAS THE SECRETARY OF THE TREASURY FOR ONLY 30 DAYS AT THE END OF THE PRESIDENT JOHNSON'S ADMINISTRATION  ( DEC 21 1968 TO JAN 20 1969 ) HIS SIGNATUE IS CONSIDERED SOMEWHAT RARE AND COLLECTIBLE. BILLS ARE IN FAIR CONDITION AND HAVE BEEN OUT OF CIRCULATION FOR MANY YEARS.
