Checkout We will automatically send you an E-mail within 6 hours of auction close that contains a link to our simple and secure Checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your item. You do not need to contact us.
We will combine shipping costs at checkout for multiple items that ship via the same method. The highest value shipping will apply first and each subsequent item will be charged at its combined shipping rate. Orders can only be combined at Checkout when all items are being paid for in a single Transaction, shipping discounts will not be applied if multiple checkouts were made.

Delivery is 3-4 working days by courier (UPS) once payment has been received. Please enter your telephone number in our Checkout form so that our courier can contact you in case of a delivery problem.

You may return any unused product you buy from us within 7 working days of receipt. To arrange a return, you must send an E-mail to EBAY@BUW.COM stating your eBay item number, buyer User ID and reason for return. Returned items remain your responsibility until we receive them and should be in the same condition as when they were supplied - This includes all original packaging.
Any unauthorised returns will be rejected and returned to sender.
The product must be unused in any way and packed with all original packing, instruction manuals, parts etc. You will be refunded in full for the product you return as long as we receive it within 7 days of authorisation to return. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. The buyer is fully responsible for all return costs. Refunds will be issued within 14 days.
