The goods will be ready for shipment within one working day as from the date of purchase.
We apply always combine shipment; the charges total 3 Us $ for priority mail and 7 $ Us for registered mail irrespective of country or number of banknotes.
Not Registered Mailing is sent at purchasers’ risk. In case of loss of registered mailing Poste Italiane refunds an all-in price of 25,00 Euro. The money will be refund after the respond of Poste Italiane concerning our complaint (waiting period about 60-90 days).
It is possible to insure the whole content. Please ask Poste Italiane as the rate changes according to weight, amount and place of destination.
If for some reason you should not be satisfied you can return the goods within 15 days as from the date of purchase (the date on postmark will indicate the date of despatch) and you will receive a refund of the amount paid, exclusive of the charges we had for delivering the supplies.

cambiano a seconda del peso, dell'ammontare da assicurare e del paese di destinazione.
Se per qualunque ragione, non doveste ritenervi
soddisfatti, potrete restituire ciò che avete comprato
entro 15 giorni dall'acquisto (farà fede il timbro postale)
e sarete rimborsati dell'importo pagato,
dedotte le spese le spese postali da noi affrontate per il materiale reso.
