I travel the world extensively and live in Russia for part of the year.  I own thousands of notes and try to buy large lots.  Often I will buy a lot of a single type note and put them together according to condition.  I will then scan only one of these for ebay as scanning takes a lot of time.  Therefore, it is possible at times that the serial number may be different on the note you receive or you may see what you think is the same item up for sale again.  I guarantee the item you receive is as good if not better than the one you are looking at!  My 3000 positive feedbacks speak for that,

Combined Shipping:  Shipping to the USA is $5.95 for the first item and $1 for each additional item.

International Buyers:  Be aware that standard International Shipping is $6.95 for the first item and $2 for each additional item.  That gets you First Class Mail with no guarantees of delivery once it leaves the USA Mail system.  I cannot be responsible for mail systems of your country.  If it is lost, I am not responsible unless you pay $15 for Registered wherin it will be guaranteed and Insured.

Feedback:  In 8 years I have had 3,000 positive feedbacks without a negative.  In December of 2007, I had 11 Negatives!  10 were from a new user who bought 11 items and claimed they did not receive.  I immediately sent replacement items at my cost and confirmed delivery.  He gave me 10 negatives!  What can I say except shxx!!!  The other negative is from a German seller that insisted on wire transfer which I refused.  Ok maybe I deserved that negative?  So, now I give feedback when I receive feedback as the idiot that gave me negatives, I had given positives!

Returns:  Not happy?  No worries, I have a 7 day refund or replace policy excluding the shipping, unless item is damaged.  Recently had a lady that tore the note as she opened the envelope and then claimed I sent it that way:(  I was feeling nice that day and replaced but put on BOLD letters to be more careful opening this time:)
