Shipping Information:

1.  Tracking:  Please add .75 if you want delivery confirmation (tracking) purchased at the post office.  This is the only tracking offered by the USPS where they scan in the item upon receipt so we can know where it is if delayed in shipment.  Insurance is also recommended to protect you against loss by USPS (there have been more problems lately).  If you don't have insurance, loss or damage of the coin is your risk. 

2.  Shipping Costs.  I try my best to have low shipping costs.  My shipping charges are based on weight plus a small handling fee to cover mailing materials.  Merchandise postage is much more than letter postage.  Also, sometimes ebay will overcharge the combined postage.  I will always correct this to the right amount if it happens.

3.  Shipping Time:  I try to mail within 1 business day, 2 days max.  Please judge my shipping promptness by the postmark, not the receipt date, especially if there is a delay in the mail.  International delays can be months due to international customs.  International buyers please also note that I am required by law to accurately provide the nature and purchase price of the shipment.

Descriptions:  I take the best photos I can and also describe flaws not obvious in the photos.  I usually use a white background, so you can refer to that to judge how the color displays on your monitor.  I try to give you an idea of the eye appeal of the item.  I try to grade accurately.

Communication:   I have ebay set up to email you when you win an item, after your payment is received, and upon shipping.  I do combined invoices manually.  If you have questions about an item, please email me asap.  I will respond promptly.  Please allow at least a day for ebay's "world's slowest email" round trip. If I use Auctiva postal insurance, they send an email to your email that you registered with ebay - please make sure this is working!

Shipping time:  I try to ship in one business day, 2 max.  Then it's all up to the post office.

Shipping charges:  I charge actual postage plus a small .80 handling fee to cover mailing supplies.  Most items ship for $2-$3 based on their weight plus extras such as delivery confirmation and insurance.  Items over 13 oz have to go priority mail.   Please remember we have to pay the post office what they charge so that is not part of the DSR – only my handling charge is.
