TERMS OF SALE:  PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING…………

PAYMENT

·         Payments can be made by Direct Deposit using PayPal.

·         We would appreciate payments to be made as soon as possible, but would expect payments to be made within 5 full working days (for multiple purchases within 5 working days of last lot bid on).

·         We reserve the right to cancel any order and re-list the item – without notice – if the payment is not received within 5 working days after the Auction.

·         All dead/silent bidders will receive negative feedback and reported to ebay immediately.

SHIPPING - POSTAGE:

·         It is strongly suggested that REGISTERED POSTAGE and insurance are to be used.  If Regular postage is chosen then all responsibility is at BUYERS RISK.

• The shipping charges displayed covers postage ONLY and does not cover Handling and Packaging Charges $2.50 to Australia & $4.50 to Overseas.  This is to clarify and overwrites Ebay format shipping and handling area. This is apply to items sold for a total amount $9.99 or more in each listing.
• All pictures are for illustration purposes only. While due care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item description for listings is unintentional
• I package all goods as best I can but will not be responsible for any damage or lose.
• Multiple purchases made within 5 days can be paid for and sent together. Only one Postage charge will be applied, but please be aware that addition postage cost will be changed if the overall weight or size of a package exceeds the current Australian Post mailing bracket.
• Please note that for bulky and heavy items such as literature, statues.....etc, shipping costs will need to be determined depending on the location of the successful bidder.  
• If you are unsure of any Postage costs, require registered mail or insurance then please contact me for a quote.
• Goods will be sent as soon as your payment is credited to my bank account.
• No Local Pickup or combine shipment for all items sold by Auction.  
• We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional delivery and service charges so incurred. When the 2nd delivery and service charges are required for a replacement or exchange items, prepaid envelops or stamps not accepted. We advise the buyer to verify his/her shipping address on file before placing order. The buyer will be responsible for shipping charges too in case of wrong address or recipient not available.

Satisfaction:

• If there are any unexpected problems then please let me know within 72 hours of receiving the items to resolve any issues you may have.
• Seller must agree before goods can be returned .Items returned must be in the original packaging within 7 days of shipment. Items must be packed securely for shipping. NO refund for goods that have been used. Buyer is responsible for return postage charges. Postage and Handling costs are non refundable.
