I have created this REPORT because quite frankly I am sick of seeing Ebay sellers ripping off Ebay buyers by selling vintage or old "Silver Peso" or Mexican coins as high quality investment silver coins.

Whatever you do Please finish reading this!!!  You will save yourself a bunch of money and will stop these would-be thieves from ripping you off!!!

As you are well aware the price of silver and gold is going through the roof, and many crooked sellers are trying to make a quick buck on people who don't know the first thing about the silver content of Mexican silver coins. I will try and make you aware of some of the most common Mexican coins that are being sold on Ebay as high quality silver coins.

Please look very carefully at the photo in my auction. These two styles of Mexican coins are being sold as investment silver coins!!!

The smaller coin is a common "One or Un Peso" coin from Mexico, this coin contains NO SILVER AT ALL!!! Yet I have seen a number of sellers calling these silver coins or scrap silver!!! Many are selling for stupid prices!!!  What are they worth??? In super nice condition about .10 cents each!!! 

The larger coins in the picture are the most popular silver rip-off going on ebay!!!  These are the "Un Peso" or one peso coin minted from 1957 to 1967 an anniversary coin that was the last peso coin to contain silver minted in the U.S. for Mexico. These coins are being sold as high content investment grade coins. In reality they contain 10% silver!!!! Many dealers will list them as containing .100 percent silver. they are correct, yet how many people know that this means 10%??? That's right!!! We are talking big scams here!!!

I have contacted many of these dishonest sellers, and many have responded with hateful replies. Hummm??? Wonder why??? Maybe because they want to keep their racket going???

Report these crooks to Ebay and EBay does nothing....

So I have created this report  hoping I will reach at least a few of you would be victims.  I used to buy these coins for craft work, because they were very cheap to buy, now I see people paying stupid money for junk coins that are the worst thing to buy if you are trying to invest in silver or gold!!!

The large silver peso in the picture is 10% silver so it has a silver value of about $1.00 each, yet I have seen unknowing byers pay as much as $7.00 to $10.00 each for these coins because they thought they were buying solid silver coins!!! If you bought any of these coins and believe you were cheated, contact the seller and demand your money back, report them to EBay for fraud.

If you want to invest in silver coins make sure you do your homework, look the coins up at the Library or check with a local HONEST coin dealer.
