Fractional Currency Third Issue

What you are bidding on is a US 3 cent Fractional Currency Third Issue. The note has been stored properly since I purchased it years ago. It reads Act of March 3rd 1863 at the top. A great note to collect for any fractional note collector. The note you see is the note you will get. I see the condition of the note as a VG-8, but judge for yourself. But a good example of a nice fractional in circulated condition. Some usual folds and has some soiling, but still anice note to have. I will combine shipping on multiple purchases. I do offer money back or merchandise credit if not satisfied. I will not refund if you buy the wrong thing.
