The cost of shipping will be $2.80 within the U.S and $3.80 overseas.we never alter scans. Please do not ask to end the auction early. the fact is that with over 20,000 items  sold, we have never ended the auction early except when there has been a mistake in the listing.  Insurance is require for domestic shipments if you pay by paypal and the amount is over $20. Registration is resquired for overseas if you the amount is over $40. We do not sell any item below face value. Please let us invoice you after the  auction ends. The amount of postage varies with the amout of the auction and how you pay. in addition to the $2.80 and the $3.80, we charge the actual  U.S. postal rate for insurance or registration fees. Therefore please consult the USPS website to find  out what the total will be.(taking into consideration what the final auction price may be). please understand that we want your business, but we waste to much time trying to explain what the shipping will be, this would be asking me to tell you what your car is worth without out even looking at the car. Also please understand that we probable ship 90 per cent of the items out the same day to 2 days after payment is received. normal mail in the U.S takes 3-5 days. Registered  takes from 3-21 days and even longer. overseas takes 7-30 days most of the time. Registered will take from 14-30 days  but understand that about 10 per cent may take 6-8 weeks.I you have a problem with the slow mail service, please contact you local post office. All overseas shipments are shipped at the buyers risk. By bidding on an item you are confirming that you agree to these terms. The post office says that they have track and confirm. Many times if you put in the registered number in on the website they with say that there is no such number. i hope that i have covered all of you possible question.
