we recommned that all international mail should go out through register mail for an extra $9.I will be putting it as an option for an extra $9 since many people do not like to have it sent it through register mail. If you do not have it sent out theough register mail we will not be responsible for any items missing soince we are giving you the option to send it out which ever way you would like
